HND, or Diploma in Journalism, Communications, Secretaryship or Senior High School certificate
At least 3 year experience in front desk management

Job Specification
Act as the face of the Agency in all dealings with the Agency’s stakeholders.
Act as internal liaison between the various departments and the Agency’s stakeholders
Manage in-coming calls and out-going calls from the Agency
Manage in coming mails and out going mails in consultation with the administration department.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Agency’s business to be better able to address the enquiries of the Agency’s stakeholders.
