A reputable company is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager for immediate employment. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the successful candidate would be expected to perform the following duties:
· Implementing and maintaining all accounting and finance systems, processes and internal controls.
· Coordinating the preparation and management of the company’s annual budget and the resulting financial controls.
· Maintaining financial and accounting records of the company to ensure timely and accurate preparation of periodic management and financial reports as well as annual final accounts to management and key stakeholders.
· Ensuring compliance with requirements of regulatory statutory bodies.
· Managing the organizational risk and treasury functions.
· Maintaining strong and positive working relationships with corporate and financial partners particularly creditors and bankers.
Knowledge & Skills:
· Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
· Good knowledge in formal accounting software preferably Tally.
· The ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing demands.
· Excellent numerical skills and the ability to produce accurate and timely information to a wide range of users.
· Strong cash management skills.
Qualification/Experience
· Minimum of Bsc Admin(Accounting Option) and at least ACCA/CA/CPA level 2 with not less than 3 years working experience.
