Location: Accra

Duties:

Respond to call out when clients have a problem with their IT equipment and peripherals
Diagnose and troubleshoot the problem onsite within the shortest possible time.
To log all jobs carried out in the service logbook with exact details of services rendered, client details and serial number of the equipment.
When there are complications the technician is required to write a report detailing the problem and make recommendations for a satisfactory resolution.
To use the company’s automated systems to log all jobs and to generate a monthly service report for the managing director.
To make recommendations to the managing director on ways to improve the service and any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.

Minimum Requirement; City and Guilds Level III Diploma in Information Technology or similar Qualification from a reputable institution. PC Maintenance, Analogue and Digital Electronics, Minimum two years experience. Specific skill in Printer Repairs mainly HP Printers and Peripherals such as monitors, fax machines and Uninterruptible Power Supply Units
