About Altov Client Empowerment Ltd. (ACE) is an organization that provides recruitment, training and client support services to businesses. Our primary objective is to support companies in improving upon their organizational hygiene in areas such as customer service, résumé writing, communications training, interviewing skills, presentation skills, leadership, strategic planning, team building, and client management training. Altov Client Empowerment (ACE) strives in contributing to the community by filling a need for specialized professional and contingent workers. The company will provide workers with a safe and independent environment. It also provides business with a high-caliber of employees available for project-to-project assignments and/or permanent work. ACE listens to individual needs and customizes personnel solutions for both businesses and workers. ACE services will exceed beyond the expectations of its customers. Our sole purpose is retaining and maintaining our customers satisfaction.
Where tertiary level students are concerned, ACE ensures students gain necessary job experience through the Altov Internship Placement Program. Our primary mission is to assist students in achieving higher-level career development reasoning through an enhanced sense of self and better knowledge of career options. We consider our career development program to be an integral component of human development, and a students career path as a composite of all significant roles in which he or she engages over the course of a lifetime.
ACE believes that effective hiring is a stringent process which starts from the pre-employment phase. ACEs pre-employment screening enables its clients to be confident knowing they have hired the best candidate in the industry.

Altov Client Empowerment (ACE) is organizing a job fair in Accra with the sole purpose of linking job seekers with their prospective employers. ACE is regarding this significant event as a one-stop shop for all your recruiting needs.
These include:
Graduates - Job seeking individuals who upon completion of a degree program from an accredited institution are looking for gainful employment.
Transitional workers - Job seekers looking for career advancement opportunities within their present organization or with a new company.
Interns Students who are currently enrolled in an accredited institution, who are looking for job experience.
International Job seekers individuals with foreign experience looking to enter the Ghanaian job market

After extensive research into the problems facing job seekers within the Ghanaian workforce ACE has come up with these findings:

Recent graduates are attempting to enter the job market seeking the ideal employment without the innovative approach needed to enter the job market.
Lack of the appropriate skills set hinders the opportunity for advancement within ones present position.
An overall deficiency in human resources development
Not having exposure to potential employers (e.g. networking)
Lack of exposure and insight to goals and objectives of hiring companies
Lack of appropriate skills set (e.g. interviewing, presentation skills, customer service, communication, leadership skills etc.).
